Naikoon Provincial Park, where we will visit North Beach, the Blow Hole and Tow Hill. North beach is primarily sandy and stretches almost 100km in length. Making it one of the largest beaches in BC. During the right tides and water conditions there is a naturally formed blow hole that shoots water high into the air. A sight to behold! Then there’s Tow Hill. A rock formation rising 125m (410ft) which is the focal point of the area. Formed from a combination of molten lava and glacial erosion 2 million years ago. There’s a 1km board-walk hike to the top of Tow Hill where there are two viewing platforms. From the platforms you can enjoy views of the beaches and the Alaskan Islands to the North.
